Corporate social responsibility is an essential component of Groupe SEB's strategy, and is driven by top management. For a great many years, Groupe SEB has been committed to an approach that strives to be ethical, economically profi table, socially fair and environmentally responsible.

Capitalizing on the progress made in these different areas, the Group took a new step in 2018 by defining new challenges related to its businesses in order to act in a positive manner throughout its value chain.

This new strategy is expressed in the signature "Act for sustainable livings", broken down into four ambitious commitments:
